This role involves managing end-to-end accounting processes, preparing accurate financial reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Handle complete sets of accounts, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow analyses in line with local reporting standards.
Ensure adherence to tax regulations and coordinate with external tax consultants and auditors.
Review and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Manage timely submission of reports for audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve accuracy and operational efficiency.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial workflows and deliver value-added solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is mandatory.
3–4 years of hands‑on experience in accounting roles.
Strong understanding of local financial reporting standards and taxation practices.
Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.
