About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior & Senior post in Account Executive to join the team at EMP SOLUTION SDN. BHD. in their office in Shah Alam, Selangor. This full-time role will be responsible for managing and reporting on the company's financial accounts.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and processing financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and accounts
• Reconciling bank statements and other financial documents
• Providing financial analysis and reporting to support business decision‑making
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax authorities
• Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards
• Supporting the wider finance team as required

What we're looking for

• 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting, ideally gained within a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
• Strong technical accounting skills and a solid understanding of financial reporting standards and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insightful recommendations
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A recognized accounting qualification, such as ACCA or CIMA, is highly desirable
• Candidate who able to speak, read and write Mandarin is preferable to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients
• Must posses at least Degree certification
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
