Job description

We are seeking an experienced Account Admin to join the team at Zarakid Resources (M) SDN BHD in Melaka Tengah Melaka. This full-time position will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the accounting operations of the company.

What you'll be doing

Processing and recording financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll

Reconciling bank statements and maintaining general ledger accounts

Preparing and filing tax returns and other financial reports

Providing administrative support to the accounting team

Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

Assisting with ad-hoc financial projects as required

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience/Fresh Graduate in a similar bookkeeping or accounting role, preferably within a small business environment

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures

Proficient in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organisational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and interpersonal skills
