Job summary

A finance services company based in Johor, Malaysia, seeks a Finance Manager to lead cash flow planning, budgeting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of experience in Accounts/Finance, focusing on group-level accounting. Key Responsibilities

• Lead cash flow planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure strong financial discipline.
• Monitor and control monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts, ensuring timely reporting to management.
• Strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and reporting processes.
• Provide financial insights to management for decision-making and business planning.
• Supervise and review the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Lead a team of accountants.
• Support outstation operations when required.

Requirements

• At least 8–10 years’ experience in Accounts/Finance with strong exposure to group-level accounting.
• Attention to detail, analytical, proactive, and can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
