The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensure the team meets their requirements, and manage internal improvement initiatives. A degree with a minimum of two years experience or a diploma with five years experience is required. Strong communication skills and project management capabilities are essential. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience for degree holders.
• Diploma holders with at least 5 years experience are also considered.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for customers within the factory.
• Lead the manufacturing team in managing RFQs, MOH, and capacity planning.
• Ensure team meets/exceeds customer requirements.
• Drive internal initiatives for improvement.
• Coordinate customer audits with the manufacturing team.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Attend customer meetings for capacity and quality discussions.
