Job summary
A software development company is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support their executive team. This remote role requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently. Candidates should have 4+ years of experience, fast typing skills, and be open to on-call responsibilities. The position is preferably for candidates based in Mexico or LATAM.
Qualifications
- 4+ years as Executive Assistant, preferably to C-suite.
- Minimum typing speed of 55 words per minute.
- Must be punctual and reliable in meeting deadlines.
- Open availability during standard work hours for on‑call responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to the executive team.
- Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics.
