This candidate will be responsible for building a clean and effective user experience for our customer. By working cross-functionally, this candidate will understand needs from the product management, engineering, and business stakeholders and will be able to build solutions that fit those needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, propose, and present scalable and concise models and frameworks for core partners experience scenarios.
• Ensure design collateral is effectively delivered to the engineering team to the agreed upon level of quality and timelines
• Writes functionality design specifications.
• Design and Drive implementation of prototypes, mockups, task analysis, usability studies, personas, user flows, wireframes, style guides, navigational structures, and affinity diagrams.
• Understand customer needs and motivations and integrates them into product design to contribute to user features and functionality.
• Act as consultant to other team leads and possibly manage external production and design resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design
• 5+ years' of experience in UX Design.
• Expertise creating a variety of interaction design documents including storyboarding, wireframing, creating design specifications and guidelines, user scenarios, task flows, conceptual models, competitor analysis, heuristic analysis, and annotated wireframes.
• Proficiency with all related business and design tools (FIGMA)
• Proficiency in English (C1+)
