We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive team. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can anticipate needs, and ensures that all administrative processes run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling, correspondence, and calendar management.
- Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Manage email communications, prioritize incoming requests, and follow up on outstanding items.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics for executives and cross‑functional teams.
- Support data entry and record management within CRMs and internal systems.
- Track deadlines, assist in project coordination, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with different departments and maintain organized digital records across tools like Google Workspace and HubSpot.
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- 4+ years as Executive Assistant (preferable to C‑suite)
- Fast typing ability: minimum typing speed of 55+ words per minute.

- Bilingual fluency: proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Punctuality: You must be punctual and reliable in meeting deadlines.

- Experience with data entry.
- Experience with CRM, HubSpot, Telegram, and G‑suite.
