We are seeking a bilingual Solution QA Engineer to join our rapidly expanding solution development team. This role involves testing solutions built for Spanish-speaking customers using the Zinier platform and products. The primary focus will be to develop test plans and troubleshoot application failures.

Responsibilities:

• Test solutions based on test cases and requirements in Spanish
• Translate bugs and feedback for the engineering team from Spanish to English
• Review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate quality testing activities
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
• Perform regression testing after bug resolution
• Develop and implement testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Collaborate with internal teams (developers, product managers) to identify system requirements
• Track quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts
• Stay updated with new testing tools and strategies

Experience:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience testing Android, iOS, and Web applications
• Experience testing APIs
• Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases
• Understanding of white box and black box testing
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, UFT, Ranorex, etc.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Proficiency in SQL
• Understanding telecom use cases (preferred)
