Position: Digital/Web Art Director

Join our Design Studio in Mexico City as a pivotal member of our team of over 200 creatives. You will shape our visual journey by leading the creative process from concept to execution, transforming briefs into innovative, engaging digital experiences, and guiding a team of talented designers.

This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days/week in the office. No fully remote option.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global teams and clients to understand and establish creative objectives.
• Lead ideation and develop vibrant, minimalist designs for websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads.
• Mentor and lead a team of designers, fostering creativity and collaboration.
• Ensure digital content is visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with brand standards.
• Assess digital design effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on digital trends and integrate new design innovations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Digital/Web Art Director or similar role in the creative industry.
• A portfolio demonstrating high-quality, minimalist digital design work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools (Figma, Webflow, AEM, After Effects, Lottie).
• Strong understanding of web design, UX/UI, and responsive design.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Creative and innovative mindset, eager to explore new trends.
