Job description

The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers and commercial goals. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing, and executing new sales strategies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, economics, hospitality & tourism, communications and marketing, or similar.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in consultative sales.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders.
  • Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders, and internal partners.
  • Introduce and track client information and market data through the CRM platform to fulfill commercial goals and KPIs.
  • Identify leads, build long-term relationships, present all our service categories, negotiate deals, and ensure customer satisfaction to achieve sales targets.
  • Understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
