We are seeking a Mid-Market Sales Executive in Mexico. This is a 100% in-office role. Must reside in Mexico City and be open to coming into Polanco, CDMX daily.

What You’ll Do:

We seek a results-driven Mid-Market Sales Executive to generate new business, manage the full sales cycle, and expand our presence among small and medium-sized businesses in LATAM. The ideal candidate is proactive, with strong sales skills, experience in background screening, BPO, SaaS, or HR technology is a plus.

This is a fully in-person role; individual must be open to daily presence at the Polanco, CDMX office.

Responsibilities:
  • New Business Development: Prospect Mid-Market customers in LATAM using outbound, referral, and inbound strategies.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Handle prospecting, demos, negotiations, and contracts.
  • Market Expansion: Increase brand awareness and build relationships with decision-makers.
  • Solution Selling: Address customer needs with FA’s solutions.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and surpass sales quotas.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, customer success, and other teams.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce preferred).
  • Industry Knowledge: Keep updated on industry trends and regulations.
What You May Need to be Successful:
  • 3+ years B2B sales experience, preferably in HR tech, SaaS, or background screening.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Proven lead generation, pipeline management, and deal-closing skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and virtual platforms.
  • Self-motivated and independent in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of LATAM market and HR practices is highly desirable.
