The perfect candidate will be a C2-level or native English speaker with experience selling HR or training solutions to large multinational enterprises. This role involves bringing innovative language solutions to enterprises with large frontline, deskless, and hourly populations.

What You’ll Do:
- Report directly to our President and develop the USA market for frontline solutions by building your database, prospecting clients, identifying decision makers, crafting value propositions, and leading sales cycles.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their critical business issues, challenge conventional approaches, and lead sales conversations to demonstrate the business impact of goFLUENT solutions.
- Develop compelling business cases that show ROI for goFLUENT solutions.
- Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers within key client accounts.
- Travel to customer sites within your territory to support sales efforts.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience selling solutions to executive decision makers in the USA.
- 5+ years of field B2B sales experience at the enterprise level, generating new business and new logos.
- Proven track record of managing and closing complex sales involving CHRO, HR, and Education Benefits within USA Fortune 200 companies.
- Existing network and experience in the frontline training, reskilling, or upskilling market.
- History of successfully selling 6- and 7-figure contracts.
- Consistent top performer, meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Team player, self-motivated, thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Consultative selling approach with excellent presentation skills.
- B.S. degree or equivalent preferred; relevant experience and results are highly valued.
- Skills in a language other than English are a plus.
- Work from our Mexico City office, with remote work possible within 1 hour of a major airport.
