Role SummaryWe’re seeking a sharp, organized AdOps Associate for our Mexico City office. This work-from-office role focuses on ad trafficking , campaign execution, and task coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless delivery of video ad campaigns across platforms like Xandr , while managing priorities and maintaining strong communication with global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Ad Trafficking & Campaign ManagementTraffick and set up video ad campaigns based on Insertion Orders (IOs).
Upload creatives, set targeting, and QA campaigns on platforms like Xandr .
Implement and validate DV/IAS pixels and follow publisher/media plan guidelines.
Monitor task channels (Slack, Email, Airtable) and assign work based on team availability and urgency.
Ensure timely acknowledgment and accurate task execution within SLAs.
Balance operator workloads and escalate urgent tasks when needed.
Review task requirements before assignment and ensure clarity among stakeholders.
Prioritize tasks based on deadlines, impact, and business needs.
Maintain professional, timely communication with clients and internal teams.
Track ongoing task progress and follow up for completions or blockers.
Prepare detailed end-of-day handoffs with pending actions and status updates.
Identify and escalate tool issues, urgent items, or SLA risks proactively.
1–3 years of experience in Ad Operations or Ad Trafficking , ideally with video campaigns.
Hands-on experience with Xandr or similar ad platforms.
Familiarity with DV/IAS and Airtable or other ticketing tools.
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables); attention to detail is a must.
Clear written and verbal communication in English; Spanish fluency is a plus.
Previous experience supporting U.S.-based clients is a bonus.
Must be available to work onsite in Mexico City .
