The Marketplace place team is dedicated to optimizing our operations. Earners and Riders are the people who connect in our marketplace - and we manage both sides, ensuring competitive pricing and accurate pick-up times for our riders, while also guaranteeing equitable earnings and optimal utilization for our drivers. • Outline, implement and manage pricing and incentives strategies and experiments
• Monitor financial targets, marketplace health metrics and competition moves in order to develop action plans to reach our strategic goals and enable data-driven business decisions
• Develop data analysis to support business decisions regarding growth opportunities
• Coordinate projects with our cross-functional teams to improve processes and tools
• Build and maintain relationships with local and global partners, assertively communicating and presenting ideas, findings and insights to assist the decision making process
• Collaborate with Product and Ops teams to develop product launch strategies, forecasts, success metrics, and ongoing monitoring. Ensure there\'s a clear work plan and continuous alignment with stakeholders.
• Formulate pricing and allocation strategies aligned with Core and Portfolio objectives. Integrate feedback from the Local Ops and Finance teams and consistently monitor and report on financial metrics.
• Conduct data analysis to offer insights that foster data-driven decision-making and strategic pivots
• Main stakeholders - the different Operations teams, Strategic Finance, Product / Product Ops

• 3+ years of experience in operations or analytical roles
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Stakeholder management
• Project Management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in English and Spanish or Portuguese
