Are you ready to drive the adoption of Lely’s innovative robotic milking solutions in Mexico? Lely is expanding its business and entering the Mexican market. As Country Sales Lead, you will be the key commercial representative in the market, responsible for building strong relationships with dairy farmers, generating awareness, and converting interest into sales. You will act as the link between the Mexican market, the headquarters business team (located in the Netherlands), and the wider Lely network, ensuring alignment on sales strategy, proposition delivery, and market development.
You will drive the growth of new sales opportunities, including direct farm visits, and work closely with local and HQ colleagues to ensure successful adoption and after-sales support. Your efforts will directly contribute to Lely’s mission to support farmers in increasing productivity, profitability, and sustainability.
