As a Global Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of your assigned product line through strategic planning, execution, and leadership. Your role will focus on managing the product lifecycle, identifying new opportunities, guiding product development, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure commercial success.
About the Job:Own and manage the product line strategy, including P&L responsibility and pricing authority.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to build strategic direction and business cases.
Drive successful New Product Introduction (NPI), roadmap execution, and product positioning in all key regions.
Lead key business development initiatives, including strategic partnerships and potential acquisitions.
Oversee global go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Sales, Channel, and Marcom teams.
Contribute to building a world-class product management organization by aligning best practices and driving continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s and/or MBA is a plus).
10+ years of experience in the electronics industry.
Minimum 7–10 years in product marketing or product management roles.
Strong track record in strategic planning, market mapping, and launching new products.
Skilled in working with engineering concepts and discussing technical details with customers.
Experience with global pricing, inventory management, and sales execution.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence across functions.
Proven success working in matrix and cross-functional environments.
Able to travel globally ~40% as needed.

Salary Range:
$117,600 - $164,580The salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
