This role involves issuing quotes, generating reports, and maintaining customer databases. Ideal candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in a B2B environment, along with knowledge of CRM systems. Responsabilidades

  • Provide sales support by issuing quotes on international trade lanes.
  • Generate sales reports on various timeframes.
  • Coordinate with Account Executive(s) for new leads and quotations.
  • Develop presentations for potential customers.
  • Answer telephones and provide information to callers.
  • Maintain information in databases and assist with appointments.
  • Collaborate with Operations teams when necessary.

About the Position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):

  • Provide sales support by issuing quotes on international trade lanes for existing and potential clients on services including spot rates, tenders, rate matrices, and more through the assistance of an Account Executive.
  • Generate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
  • Coordinate with Account Executive(s) to generate new leads/quotations and improve/optimize their sales process.
  • Develop presentations for Account Executive(s) to present to potential customers.
  • Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages,үй transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Create, maintain, and enter information into databasesвор.
  • Support in the organization and maintenance of relationships throughout OEC Group’s portfolio.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors.
  • Enterinformation pertaining to potential leads and current customers in the active CRM, Sugar.
  • Collaborate with Operations teams on an as-needed basis for alternate options, rate discrepancies, etc.
Work Schedule

GDL Office 9:00 am-6:00 pm EST (NY Time Zone)

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have experience withMicrosoft Office.

Education & Experience
  • Associate's degree preferred and1-5years of experience related to sales supportand/or account management in a B2B setting.
  • Must have basic knowledge of pricing and sales procedures in order to generate accurate reports yerine.
