Job Description:

Activities:

1. Primary point of contact between Supplier, Materials Department and Distribution Center team.
2. Responsible for material planning for Distribution Center, review constraints on materials, deliveries and risk management and solutions for supply chain.
3. Responsible for material delivery and expedites to assure completion to DC Shipping Plan.
4. Follow up open orders and past due alignments with supplier.
5. Invoice resolution, don't exceed material waiting receiving in warehouse area.
6. Material delivery follow up within Materials Department.
7. Provides analysis on build rate increases or decreases for DC materials.
8. Coordination and analysis on material forecast for DC materials on ERP.
9. Responsible for data integrity and alignment within MRP.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree
2. Advanced English skills
3. 3 years experience as buyer
4. Effective communication skills, point of contact between Materials & Distribution Center
5. Strong analytical and statistics experience.
6. Self-directed, capable of taking decisions.
7. Demonstrated knowledge and familiarity with MRP structure and functionality.
8. Proven inventory distribution and product flow knowledge.
9. Excellent Microsoft Office skills, mid-advanced (search formulas, pivot tables) capable of developing tools to present summarized information.
10. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills. Adept at dealing with situations involving conflict, and able to facilitate constructive resolution.
11. Proactively communicate risks and solution finder.
