A major automotive company based in San Luis Potosí is seeking an entry-level IT professional to maintain and troubleshoot computer systems and hardware. Candidates should have a degree in Systems Engineering or a related field, and possess at least one year of IT experience. Responsibilities include monitoring service delivery and health of the environment while supporting users. The role requires the ability to work rotating shifts and a conversational level of English. This position is full-time on-site and does not support relocation benefits.

Formación

• Available to work rotating shifts on a 6x1 schedule.
• Conversational English level for professional interactions.
• 1 year of IT experience preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot computer systems and hardware.
• Monitor service delivery and environment health.
• Participate in complex tasks in Data Center operations.

Backup & Recovery (business continuity tools and strategies)

Operational Cybersecurity (patch management, access control, hardening, incident response)

Dashboard Creation (Power BI)

Implementation of Artificial Intelligence Agents/Models

Educación

Undergraduate degree in Systems Engineering or related field
