Formación

• Experience working in Learning & Development and training course delivery.
• Experience leading teams.
• Familiar with virtual delivery tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Virtual Learning Delivery team and provide expertise.
• Partner with Learning Teams to ensure training meets needs.
• Conduct assessments to identify competencies and gaps.

Conocimientos

Adult learning acumen

Fluent in both Spanish and English

Exceptional communication skills

Ability to develop and coach teams

Strong business acumen

Educación

High School Diploma or equivalent

BA/BS Degree preferred
