Chubb Is seeking a Technology Portfolio Manager to provide strategic support to the senior leader of the department, overseeing special projects from planning to execution and preparing reports and analyzing data that provide insights leading to improved organizational performance. This role partners closely with the portfolio controllers, delivery leads, and provides best-practices guidance, coaching, and mentoring on execution including agile delivery. This role may also have accountability for some hands-on project delivery.

Qualifications
Experience with agile, as well as hands on program management and delivery.
Understanding of technology and the value of technology in delivering solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, information technology, or a related field.
Prior direct experience in administrative management, and business understanding of technology in insurance or financial services industry. Knowledge of Personal Lines insurance a plus.
IT project management experience required, with proven success delivering following agile practices.
Proven advanced experience with project management tools such as Clarity, Jira, Excel, etc.
Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Ability to work collaboratively and to develop strong, positive working relationships across matrixed organization.
Proven ability to frame projects, establish required governance, and work cross-functionally to successfully deliver results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Extreme attention to detail and ability to work independently and learn business and technology concepts.
Strong organizational, multitasking, prioritization, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
