What will you do?
  • Designs, analyzes and implement supply chain solutions to solve complex logistics problems for distribution of materials and finished goods.
  • Follow up of the Logistics budgate for Invest & Cost. Change strategy in case the circumstances change.
  • Analyze and update the entire in‑house material flow and line feeding concept (e.g. Kanban delivery, labeling, tugger train setups, route optimization).
  • Analyzes and improves delivery points and warehouse layouts to optimize material flow, storage, retrieval and distribution.
  • Identifies annual cost saving opportunities for Warehouse and Packing/ Shipping.
  • Give input for manufacturing changes and management in case there is a change with impact on logistics invest and cost.
  • Supports continuous improvement in operational and financial logistics performance.
  • Maintain accurate master data which includes Kanban, storage type, WH configuration (types/ bins).
  • Supports logistics teams in the development and implementation of methods for ordering, communication, packaging and distribution through the supply chain.
  • Work close together with other core team functions on layout topics.
  • Creation of shopping carts for ordering new logistic related equipment or logistic services.
  • Adjustment of Packing requirements with checking inventory as well as PDS.
  • Buffer analysis (current / needed).
  • Logistics performance: OTD, OTA, LeadTime, OTIF, Inventory levels and Incomming productivity.
What do you need to succeed?
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of supply chain, transportation and logistics concepts.
  • Proven experience independently performing complex routing, fleet sizing analysis and warehouse layout for multiple projects.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills (oral, written, and listening.).
  • Independent & organized work style with the ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work responsibilities, assume and manage multiple tasks without close supervision, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability with respect to changing work schedules.
  • Bachelor’s degree as an Engineer: Industrial Mechanical, or similar.
  • +3 years of experience in similar position.
  • Hardware & Software: SAP Modules.
  • Supply Chain (Mainly for Warehouse and Transportation), Power BI, Microsoft Office (Advance).
  • Problem‑solving and analytical skills (Advanced).
  • Communication and teamwork (Advanced).
  • To be proactive and have initiative.
