Team Overview

As part of DiDi's research team you will help to understand users financial needs and transform them into business solutions.

You will be able to become the voice of users and consumers gathering key insights and supporting the execution of research of DiDi's Fintech group.

Role Responsibilities
User Insights & Research
  • Conduct user research to uncover user financial behaviors and needs (end-to-end research process)
  • Synthesize findings from user studies, surveys, and external sources into actionable insights

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Engage with internal teams to understand business challenges and align insights with strategic goals
  • Develop high-impact client deliverables with a structured storyline to communicate key insights effectively
  • Ensure quality control by conducting thorough data validation and accuracy checks
  • Facilitate cross-functional knowledge sharing within and across teams
Role Qualifications
  • Passion into Fintech businness
  • Bachelor’s degree. Quantitative fields preferred (economics, finance, business administration, engineering, marketing)
  • 2 years of experience at Market Research (preferable from agencies such as Kantar, Ipsos, Nielsen, De la Riva, etc)
  • Strong analytical skills, with a structured-oriented mindset
  • Background in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies is preferable
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate complex findings into actionable business insights
  • Self-motivated, proactive learner
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, works independently, and manages tasks with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a must
  • Advance excel is a must
