We’re looking for a Backend Tech Lead who’s excited to lead development on a high-scale product using C# and AWS, and who thrives in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
What You’ll Work On

Day 1–30: Learn the codebase, tools, and team practices. Tackle a few well-scoped tasks.
Day 31–60: Independently deliver features. Get active in code reviews. Share input during planning.
Day 61–90: Lead development on a major feature. Own performance, testing, and delivery. Start influencing roadmap and architecture.
