Formación

• Graduate of a recognized hotel or business school or 2-year experience as Front Desk Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
• Cruise ship experience is strongly preferred.
• Fantastic attitude for dealing with complex guest issues.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Guest Services Officers ensuring adherence to hotel policies.
• Assist in resolving guest complaints and hotel defects.
• Coordinate administrative processes related to guest movement.

Conocimientos

Graduate from a recognized hotel or business school

Front Desk Supervisory experience

Proficiency in Front Desk computer programs

Excellent command of English

Knowledge of additional languages

Strong guest service foundation

Excellent social skills
