We seek a highly motivated individual for the position of Research Services Project Manager. In this role, you will develop and enhance your project management skills in a dynamic, innovative environment. It offers significant growth potential within our research services department.

• Manage multiple research projects from start to finish
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Oversee research study execution and quality control
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Monitor project performance and adjust plans accordingly
• Provide regular project updates to senior management

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in research services
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with project management tools and software
• Knowledge of research methodologies and data analysis
• Drive for continuous improvement and adaptability
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Proficiency in English (written & oral)
• 5+ years of experience in SaaS or Market Research preferred

Our hybrid model involves gathering in the office three days a week—Mondays and Thursdays, plus one day chosen by your leader. These days foster collaboration and innovation. The rest of the week, you work remotely, balancing work and life effectively.
