Team Overview

The Last Mile Business Development Manager is responsible for acquiring new restaurant partners for our last-mile delivery service, building long-term commercial relationships and driving sustainable growth through consultative selling and strong operational follow-up.

This role is key to expanding our logistics footprint and accelerating adoption of our last-mile solutions across the restaurant ecosystem.

Role Responsibilities
  • Lead acquisition of new restaurant partners for last-mile delivery services.
  • Identify, prospect and close new business opportunities through a consultative sales approach.
  • Understand and communicate technical integration processes, operational flows and service models.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to onboarding.
  • Track and follow up on operational and commercial KPIs to ensure partner performance and growth.
  • Work closely with operations, product and integration teams to ensure smooth implementations.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships to enable long-term partnerships and continuous growth.
Role Qualifications
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in commercial, sales or business development roles.
  • Proven experience in consultative sales.
  • Experience selling technology-enabled services, SaaS, logistics or digital platforms.
  • Solid understanding of technical integrations, APIs, onboarding processes or digital tools.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-oriented, self-driven and highly organized.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
