The Product Materials Manager is the primary interface with the Manufacturing Partner site and is responsible for managing Supply Chain and PCBA deliveries. This role supports one or more Business Units and requires strong knowledge of Supply Chain management processes and PCBA manufacturing operations. It is a leadership position working with the Regional Operations team in Mexico.

Manage Supply Chain processes and PCBA deliveries, coordinate manufacturing operations, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver maximum value to our customers.

1. Daily management of customer orders, prioritizing based on key delivery milestones.
2. Communicating with stakeholders, coordinating, and aligning with manufacturing partners.
3. Troubleshooting issues using data analytics.
4. Analyzing quality & process control data for decision-making.
5. Managing costs and productivity, including Non-Material Spend and Transformation cost reviews.
6. Material management to ensure timely and adequate supply, understanding procurement processes.
7. Managing Engineering Change Orders to ensure transparent implementation and minimal inventory impact.
8. Managing excess and obsolete inventory.
9. Capacity analysis and management based on forecasts and business needs.
10. Leading or participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Planning Operations, or related experience in electronics supply chain manufacturing.
• Proven Lean Manufacturing experience and over 10 years of Supply Chain experience in manufacturing.
• Understanding of supply and demand elements.
• Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Program Management certification (PMP) is a plus.
• Experience in project scope, planning, and scheduling for moderate projects.
• Change management skills, including impact analysis and training development.
• Customer-focused problem-solving skills and resource mobilization.
• Strong analytical and organizational communication skills.
• Ability to connect information to business outcomes and decision-making.
