A leading automotive company is seeking an HR Generalist for its León hub. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the manufacturing sector. Responsibilities include managing training activities, recruitment, and payroll administration. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Formación

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry, preferably automotive.
  • Knowledge of Federal Labor Law and labor relations.
  • Experience in Payroll and compensation administration.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage and administer plant training activities and ensure compliance with STPS training requirements.
  • Manage the recruitment and hiring process and maintain employee personnel files.
  • Administer and execute the payroll process, maintaining updated payroll records.

PROFILE

  • Educational BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry, preferably automotive.

ACTIVITIES

  • Training AdministrationManage and administer plant training activities. Ensure compliance with STPS training requirements.Update and maintain job descriptions. Develop, implement, and follow up on the annual training plan. Supervise a complete and high-quality onboarding process for new hires. Follow up on training plans related to job changes. Prepare monthly training closures and departmental reports. Administer MLP, including month-end closure reports, delay tracking, and Enablon reporting.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding Manage the recruitment and hiring process. Maintain and periodically audit employee personnel files. Recruit and fill open positions within established timelines.Coordinate the distribution of uniforms in accordance with dress code policies.
  • Payroll AdministrationAdminister and execute the payroll process. Participate in internal and external audits.Maintain updated payroll records and documentation.Update and follow up on employee separation plans. Coordinate the delivery of final settlements.
  • Organizational Development & Employee EngagementParticipate in organizational development initiatives for the plant. Coordinate activities related to plant visits and business travel. Organize monthly communication meetings. Coordinate employee engagement events and follow up on motivation and CSR plans.
  • Department Purchasing AdministrationManage departmental purchases. Prepare purchase requisitions and follow up on procurement processes. Maintain adequate stock levels of materials used within the department.
