The Customer Service Representative Maintains and increases customer loyalty by supporting customers from ordering through to delivery. Works with customers to overcome barriers to provide best-in-class customer support.

• Performs order handling process, including receipt of order, adjustments and cancellations.

• Builds strong customer relationships through proactively informing customers on order status.

• Point person for internal inquiries - order management and SAP activities.

• Conducts on-board training and assessment, refresher course on standard order management procedures.

• Location: Matehuala, San Luis Potosí

• 2-3 years of customer service in a manufacturing industry

• Team Player great personality, excellent phone / communication skills both written and oral.

• Results oriented, good problem solving skills

• Good organizational and proactive skills

• A “Self-Starter”- thinker, doer a person that initiates work.

• Must be proficient in Word and Excel

• Fluent and advanced English skills both written and spoken.

• Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
