What will you do as Director of G&A & Corporate IT Delivery?

The Director of G&A & Corporate IT Delivery is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing the global technology delivery and transformation strategy for all General & Administrative (G&A) and Corporate Functions, including Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, Compliance, and related areas. This role leads global IT delivery teams and partners closely with business executives to drive digital transformation, process optimization, automation, and innovation across enterprise platforms. The Director ensures that all initiatives are aligned with corporate strategy, global IT architecture, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory requirements, while delivering scalable, compliant, and high-performing solutions.

• Define and execute the global IT delivery and transformation roadmap for G&A and Corporate Functions.
• Lead large-scale, multi-year digital transformation initiatives focused on process simplification, standardization, and automation.
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, RPA, and advanced analytics to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.
• Partner with executive stakeholders across Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, and Compliance to align technology initiatives with business strategy.
• Oversee the delivery, stability, and continuous improvement of enterprise systems supporting corporate functions.
• Establish and maintain strong governance frameworks covering delivery quality, cost management, risk mitigation, and service performance.
• Ensure alignment with global IT architecture, cybersecurity policies, and compliance standards.
• Lead technology initiatives supporting global and regional regulatory, statutory, and audit requirements.
• Oversee the design and deployment of electronic customer and vendor invoicing (eInvoicing) solutions across applicable countries.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, local tax regulations, and other jurisdictional requirements.
• Partner with Finance, Tax, and Legal teams to ensure systems remain compliant with evolving regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement through KPI definition, performance tracking, and process reengineering.
• Build, develop, and lead high-performing, globally distributed IT delivery teams.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
• Ensure delivery teams are aligned with enterprise priorities and business outcomes.

What do you need to succeed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Years of progressive leadership experience in global IT delivery, enterprise systems, or digital transformation.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programs, including automation and AI-enabled initiatives.
• Strong expertise in enterprise platforms such as SAP, SuccessFactors, BlackLine, HighRadius, ReadSoft, or equivalent systems.
• Solid understanding of core G&A processes, including:
  • Record-to-Report
  • Procure-to-Pay
  • Hire-to-Retire
  • Order-to-Cash
• Experience managing global compliance and statutory programs (eInvoicing, tax reporting, audit readiness).
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at executive levels.
• Strong people leadership experience managing global and cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required; additional languages are a plus.
• PMP, ITIL, or similar certifications preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid or on-site model and collaborate across multiple time zones.
