About You
In this role, your primary focus is creating visual content for our brands. Your daily question should be: How can I create value through videos?
You are expected to conceptualize, plan, film, and edit weekly video capsules for our brands. You will ensure that each brand’s visual identity is consistently protected and represented in every detail. Your role involves capturing and expressing the essence of a brand through videography, generating compelling advertising content. You will collaborate with internal teams, external clients, suppliers, and management, including brand executives and managers. Your keen eye, creativity, and ability to embody a brand visually will be essential.
We entrust you with these key responsibilities:
- Decode and understand filming needs from summaries and project requirements.
- Research and go beyond initial requests to fully grasp project needs.
- Conceptualize and plan filming and video capsules.
- Define and present filming requirements clearly: locations, schedules, talent, props, equipment.
- Coordinate with project leads to meet deadlines while respecting project guidelines.
- Estimate and communicate time and resource needs before committing to deadlines.
- Source and vet vendors within our trusted network; recommend new providers if necessary.
- Communicate project needs and budgets effectively to stakeholders.
- Manage purchase orders and ensure supplier compliance with administrative standards.
- Keep all parties informed about progress, deadlines, and payments.
- Oversee shoot execution, improvising and solving issues as they arise.
- Record, edit, and animate footage; ensure timely delivery according to quality standards.
- Review and revise content in collaboration with project teams as needed.
Experience and Requirements- Proven experience in commercial video projects.
- Strong editing skills and mastery of relevant software.
- Ability to understand and visually interpret complex requests.
- Good sense of style, framing, lighting, and composition.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent record-keeping and professional appearance.
- Self-motivated and proactive.

Perks & Compensation- Working hours: 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM
- Hybrid schedule: in-office Monday-Thursday, remote Fridays
- Vacation days: 12 days after 1 year, increasing thereafter
- Winter and Spring breaks
- Early Friday departure once a month
