Formación

• 8-10 years of experience in network engineering or IT infrastructure.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, cloud networking, SD-WAN, and cybersecurity protocols.

We are currently seeking a Network Senior Manager to join our team in Mexico, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Delivery Manager, responsible for overall account project delivery.
• Act as the Point of Contact (POC) for the customer, ensuring troubleshooting and project delivery is completed with quality and within given deadlines/SLAs.
• Lead large‑scale network deployment and upgrade projects, ensuring timely and cost‑effective delivery.
• Supervise and mentor network engineers and delivery managers; foster a high‑performance culture.
• Manage relationships with third‑party service providers and ensure SLAs are met.
• Oversee network performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
• Ensure network infrastructure complies with security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgets for network delivery projects and operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in network engineering or IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, cloud networking, SD‑WAN, and cybersecurity protocols.
• Proven experience in managing complex network delivery projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision‑making skills.
• Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or PMP are highly desirable.
