We are seeking a motivated and skilled Electrical Systems Designer to join our growing technical team, with a focus on the design and development of photovoltaic (PV) systems and related electrical solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Design and size grid-connected photovoltaic systems, including low- and medium-voltage electrical connections.

• Develop electrical schematics, layouts, and technical documentation in compliance with national and regional regulations.

• Perform technical feasibility studies and evaluate the suitability of system components and materials.

• Liaise with engineering, permitting, and supplier teams to manage grid connection requirements and authorization processes (e.g., GSE, Terna, local utilities).

• Provide on-site technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning phases to ensure compliance with project specifications.

• Stay updated on applicable industry standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., CEI 0-21, CEI 0-16, GSE, Terna) and integrate them into design activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or equivalent technical qualifications.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in PV system design (rooftop, ground-mounted, or industrial systems).
• Proficiency with PV design tools and electrical software, such as AutoCAD, PV*SOL, PVSyst (or similar).
• Solid knowledge of authorization processes and technical standards for PV systems in Italy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills and good command of English (written and spoken); Italian native or fluent preferred.
