Grafton Horeca, a team dedicated to enhancing experiences in hospitality, is seeking a Night Manager for an ultra-luxury structure in Perugia. This role involves managing all night-time activities of the Front Office and Back Office, handling client requests, and coordinating with other departments such as Maintenance and Room Service.

• Operational management of all night activities related to the Front Office;
• Operational management of all night Back Office activities related to Reception, including daily cash closing and report sharing with the administrative department;
• Handling client requests and needs;
• Constant interface with other departments, especially Maintenance and Room Service.

• At least two years of experience as a Night Manager;
• Precision and reliability;
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Full-time, 40 hours per week, on 8-hour night shifts, 5 days a week.

• Direct contract with the company until January 2026;
• Reference CCNL: CCNL TURISMO PUBBLICI ESERCIZI;
• Salary and benefits: RAL based on experience. Accommodation and meals provided in the structure.
