The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company’s clients, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answering telephone calls, emails, and handling correspondence
  • Maintaining the reception, common, and conference areas clean and tidy
  • Tracking stocks of office supplies, stationery, equipment, and placing orders when necessary
  • Assisting with photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing
  • Liaising with clients and colleagues and dealing with their requests and needs
  • Arranging meetings with clients
  • Welcoming guests and offering them coffee/refreshments to ensure their visit to the office is pleasant
  • Maintaining corporate files and filing systems
  • Corresponding with clients via email and telephone
  • Working with local authorities, banks, agents worldwide, tax office, Registrar of Companies
  • Arranging apostille certifications
  • Arranging courier services
  • Assisting with any other administrative matters
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Holder of a University degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role and industry is an advantage
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Team-player attitude
  • Pleasant personality
