Jefferson Wells is the leading consulting company in Executive Search and in the research and selection of managerial profiles, for Multinational metalworking company specializing in the construction of turnkey systems and machines, we are looking for a:

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

the figure reporting to the Area PM Manager will follow the Projects independent.

Responsibility:

• Manage multidisciplinary projects from kick off meeting, jointly with sales team, till project acceptance, in team with other resources, keeping the relationship with customer, in order to meet the project target.
• Project setup and followup:
• Refine during sales phase and follow-up during execution phase the Project Macro Planning.
• Setup, jointly with sales and costing team, the purchasing plans for plant materials (PII), external contractors for mechanical parts (PIE) and suppliers for technological packages (PE).
• Coordination, together with functional PM, of all the phases of engineering, procurement, manufacturing, shipment, site activities.
• Timely and proactive identification of potential issues and pursuance of relevant solution.
• Followup of site erection and commissioning phase, to manage issues related to engineering/manufacturing/performances, focused on problem solving and lesson learned.

Technical Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical or management)
• Experience of 3 – 5 years as PM in projects management multidisciplinary project, in the metalworking sector with production to order, following large-scale orders
• Native Italian speaker or excellent knowledge and Fluent knowledge of English
• Passion & Team spirit
• Capability to work in a multi-cultural business environment and ability to establish productive relationships

• Problem solving approach
• Availability to travel abroad as well
