You will work in Test Factory as a Quality Assurance Manager responsible for a team that primarily handles functional testing.
You will be responsible for all activities within the scope of the Rome Test Factory, where you will need to manage direct reports, resources, and projects, as well as monitor quality KPIs, providing daily reports to management.
As Test Factory Manager, you will lead the QA & Testing organization across the SEA region, defining and executing the overall quality vision, governance framework, and test strategy to support complex technology initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring product reliability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across multiple brands and platforms.
