You will work in Test Factory as a Quality Assurance Manager responsible for a team that primarily handles functional testing.

You will be responsible for all activities within the scope of the Rome Test Factory, where you will need to manage direct reports, resources, and projects, as well as monitor quality KPIs, providing daily reports to management.

As Test Factory Manager, you will lead the QA & Testing organization across the SEA region, defining and executing the overall quality vision, governance framework, and test strategy to support complex technology initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring product reliability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across multiple brands and platforms.

• Define and own the QA & Test Factory strategic roadmap, aligning with enterprise technology goals and business priorities.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary QA organization (onshore and offshore) of ~50+ professionals through direct and indirect management.
• Drive governance, process standardization, and quality KPIs across multiple delivery streams and business units.
• Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management for QA services and test automation initiatives.
• Partner with senior leadership, CTOs, and delivery heads to embed quality-by-design principles across the software development lifecycle.
• Promote test automation and AI-driven quality practices, identifying tools, frameworks, and innovations that improve efficiency and coverage.
• Lead data-driven decision-making through advanced QA analytics and executive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Jira metrics).
• Act as executive point of contact for quality-related topics, risk assessment, and release readiness reviews.
• Mentor and develop senior QA leaders (Associate Managers, Team Leads), fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

• At least 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Test Management within large-scale, complex, and multi-brand technology environments.
• Proven track record in strategic leadership, governance, and transformation of QA organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to C-level or senior executives.
• Expertise in test automation, DevOps/CI-CD integration, and modern QA methodologies (Agile, SAFe, hybrid models).
• Proficiency in data-driven reporting and executive presentations (Power BI, Tableau, Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated experience in budget management and vendor partnership governance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• ISTQB Test Manager / Advanced Level certification or equivalent highly preferred.
• Fluency in Italian and English, with good written and verbal communication skills.
