Join our dynamic team as an I&C Project Leader, where you will lead the engineering and configuration of components and systems, ensuring they interact seamlessly as a functioning unit. You will develop innovative solutions, prepare essential design documentation, and coordinate resources to deliver outstanding results to meet customer requirements. Your role will directly contribute to the advancement of Control and Digitalization technologies, supporting the energy production sector in achieving efficient performance and reliability.

• You will handle the detailed design and engineering processes, focusing on electrical sizing, protection, and automation systems.
• Define and configure the products, components, and systems to be applied, ensuring they meet specific customer requirements, and they align with project specifications, enhancing overall functionality.
• Develop comprehensive solutions for integration, ensuring all elements work together effectively.
• Prepare design documentation and coordinate resources to implement detailed design tasks efficiently.
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Academic background in Electrical or Electronic/Automation Engineering.
• Experience in field engineering, including tasks such as handling from-to files, managing cable ways, and working with plant layouts and conducting Factory Acceptance Testing.
• Experience in RFQ documents preparation, offer assessment and related processes to support Project Management and Purchasing functions.
• Theoretical background on electrical engineering subjects such as calculations, sizing and design for LV/MV systems. Knowledge of HV systems is a plus
• Focus on achieving targets, maintaining customer relationships, taking initiative, working independently, and collaborating as part of a team.
• Availability to travel for limited periods of time for meetings c/o client premises, supervision of site activities such as erection and commissioning
• You have good English proficiency, both written and spoken, and you are fluent in Italian.
  
  
  

Nice to have:

• Background in detailed engineering of automation cabinets with CAD/CAE systems with specific reference to Autocad , Elcad , Eplan and SPAC tools
• Knowledge of automation and protection system engineering. Experience with Siemens Energy / Siemens portfolio such us T3000 hardware, Siemens S7 System, Siprotec portfolio
