This is an amazing opportunity for a highly motivated Marketing Specialist that loves to combine strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution and wants to join an energetic, fast-pacedand fun EF Marketing Team at its head office in Milan.This role is perfect for a Marketing Specialist who loves to build a brand through exciting and original campaigns and thinks holistically about the relationship between online and offline in order to create and execute strategic communication marketing plans to a local audience.In this role, the successful candidate would collaborate with the global marketing team (Design Studio, Content Creation, Marketing, Email / Paid / Search / Affiliates, Business Intelligence) in order to coordinate and manage the development of strong marketing plans executions. Responsibilities Lead the organic content strategy

• Drive brand awareness, affinity and engagement throughout all key channels in line with EF's brand positioning
• Create organic campaigns that encourage share and engagement, working with design, content, and technical teams
• Create and execute a content plan weekly, monthly, quarterly and be responsible for the execution
• Coordinate with central team to launch advertisement campaigns on different platforms
• Monitor and analyze results based on given KPIs
• Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums

• Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media
• Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.
• Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
• Demonstrates ability to develop relationships within an international work environment and inspire others - works well with a wide range of people from different parts of the business
• Maintains excellent English writing and speaking skills
• Practices superior time management
• Possesses evident technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
• Must be able to work independently and within a team environment

Education & Experience

• At least 2 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Instagram and other social media best practices
• Great interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Superior written and spoken English skills
• Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Journey Builder, a plus
