EFI is seeking a Sales Development Manager for our Inkjet Business Division in Italy. This role focuses on managing EFI’s direct and indirect sales with customers and partners in the region.

1. Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
2. Maintain and grow EFI’s leadership position in Inkjet technology within the assigned region.
3. Conduct prospecting activities, including cold calling, proposal development, product demonstrations, and needs assessments, to build a robust sales pipeline.
4. Develop professional proposals tailored to customer requirements.
5. Utilize all leads and opportunities to increase deal volume and value, and to accelerate the sales cycle.
6. Foster and maintain professional relationships with internal teams and external partners that align with our core values.
7. Engage proactively with partners involved in sales opportunities.
8. Provide accurate sales forecasts based on realistic assessments of opportunities, including direct and channel/partner opportunities.
9. Develop and implement strategies for major accounts.
10. Ensure complete customer satisfaction with managed accounts.
11. Keep account and opportunity data current in the CRM system (Salesforce.com).
12. Support the communication and implementation of Inkjet sales and marketing campaigns.

1. Proven sales experience with a track record of successful deal closures, preferably in high-value capital goods, services, or digital printing markets.
2. Ability to leverage existing relationships and knowledge of customer accounts.
3. Highly motivated, dynamic professional with excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Proactive and autonomous work style.
5. Capability to develop and maintain business relationships at all organizational levels.
6. Understanding of market trends relevant to the industry.
7. Experience in the Graphic Arts or Printing industry is advantageous.
