Responsibilities
We seek a results-driven Sales Specialist for our BESS manufacturing team. The role involves driving sales by identifying opportunities, managing customer relationships, and delivering tailored energy storage solutions. A deep understanding of BESS technology, market trends, and customer needs, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills, is essential.
Main accountabilities include:
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, pursue new opportunities, and meet sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and ensure satisfaction.
- Technical and Market Expertise: Stay updated on BESS technology and market trends, collaborate with technical teams, and deliver product presentations.
- Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare proposals, lead contract negotiations, and collaborate with legal and finance teams.
- Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams, and provide market feedback.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track performance metrics, analyze market data, and maintain CRM data.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- 3–5 years in sales, preferably in energy storage or renewable energy sectors.
- Strong understanding of BESS technology.
- Proven sales cycle management and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office.
Skills
- Knowledge of energy storage applications and renewable energy project financing.
- Familiarity with energy policies and market regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to build trust and credibility, self-motivated, results-oriented.
