Randstad Italia SpA is looking for an Operations & Project Assistant to join the Milan Research Team of a prestigious multinational leader in Telecommunications, with investments in AI, robotics, and smart city technologies.

You will support the technical teams by optimizing operational processes, coordinating projects, and managing business meetings. This role is ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization: Support the Quality & Operations Management by identifying inefficiencies and contributing to continuous improvement in workflows and internal processes.
• KPI & Performance Monitoring: Assist in tracking departmental KPIs, ensuring alignment, and supporting reporting and follow-ups.
• Project Support: Aid in project planning, R&D reporting, data analysis, and end-to-end project tracking. Provide operational support to help labs achieve their goals.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or similar. Technical background preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, Italian, and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Previous experience in operational roles is a plus.
• Cross-cultural and interdepartmental communication skills.
• Interest in pursuing a career in operations or organizational management.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and accountability.

Contract: 1-year contract via Randstad Italia SpA, with potential renewal
