Adecco Credit & Banking is currently recruiting for an International Bank based in Milan a HR Generalist - Operation Specialist. Within the Italy HR team, you will be responsible for the following activities:

• Managing HR systems, with a view to continuous improvement
• Collaborating in the monthly processing of payroll in a complex environment with unique peculiarities
• Participating in Group and local projects concerning HR process improvements
• Managing benefits programs activities
• Analyzing procedures owned by the function and facilitating updates
• Conducting strategic analysis of HR management indicators
• Collaborating closely with the local team and offshore hub, managing the ticketing system with a focus on internal customer satisfaction
• Working with the HR Head of Italy and HR BP to facilitate resource management and interface with controlling and accounting functions
• Participating in business projects involving HR across divisions

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Approximately 2 years of experience in a HR Generalist/Admin role
• Strong analytical skills developed in complex, fast-paced environments
• Good knowledge of English
• Knowledge of HR management systems, especially HR Infinity (Zucchetti), and proficiency in Office (Excel)

We offer a fixed-term contract of 6 months, extendable, with the possibility of direct hire afterward. The position is based in Milan.
