A global engineering company is seeking a D365 Implementation Manager for a 12-month contract in Tuscany, Italy. This hybrid role requires managing D365 deployment across factories, ensuring alignment between programming and on-site execution. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in enterprise-wide application delivery, strong project management skills, and a hands-on leadership approach. Travel to various sites in Italy and EMEA is necessary. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking to drive significant business transformations.
This is a 12 month contract, on a hybrid basis of 3 days on-site/2 remote. There will be travel to our Italy sites and other EMEA site when required.
Purpose of the role: The Implementation Manager is accountable for successful deployments within our factories and selling entities within Italy. This role focuses on bridging the gap between programme delivery and site execution—developing detailed implementation and cutover plans, aligning functional teams, coordinating resources, and ensuring risks are proactively managed. While closely collaborating with project management and change teams, the Implementation Manager is specifically responsible for making the implementation happen on the ground—ensuring the site is ready, resilient, and supported through go-live and early adoption.
