A leading luxury brand in Milan is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations within the IT Corporate area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources, with expertise in Italian labor law, and proven experience in talent acquisition and employee management processes. Competenze

• 7-10 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Specialist role within a structured, international organization.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance with Italian labor laws.
• Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Mansioni

• Manage and support end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes for the IT Corporate area.
• Ensure a smooth and engaging Onboarding experience for new hires.
• Oversee Employee Lifecycle Management processes and HR core processes.

Conoscenze

HR Generalist or Specialist experience

Knowledge of Italian labor law

Fluency in Italian and English

Organizational skills

Interpersonal and communication skills

Formazione

Degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or related field
