A luxury goods company in Milan is seeking a Store Design Planning Specialist on a fixed-term basis. This role involves maintaining retail and wholesale locations, managing budgets, and coordinating with various departments on project implementations. The ideal candidate has a degree in architecture and at least 4 years of experience in retail within luxury brands, with proficiency in tools such as SAP and AutoCAD.

Reporting directly to the SDP Manager, and working in cooperation with the wholesale department, the SDP Specialist is actively contributing to the creation, renovation and to the maintenance of South-East Europe Commercial Networks and to the projects’ implementation & development for new openings/relocations/restructuring of internal and external boutiques, WS shop-in-shop and upcoming ad hoc perfume corners of the South-East Europe commercial network.
The Store Design & Planning activity encompasses the complete lifecycle management of the South-East Europe wholesale channel, including development activities like dismantling, new openings, and renovations, alongside ongoing maintenance. This involves proactive assessment of layouts, collaboration with architects, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring quality implementations, all while adhering to established plans.
SDP is responsible for the maintenance of both Retail and WS points of sale across South-East Europe. This includes budget management, supplier coordination, and collaboration with relevant departments such as General Services, Boutique Management, and WS partner contacts.
A key aspect of this function is the provision of comprehensive reporting and monitoring of the annual budget for Retail and Wholesale investments in SDP and sales spaces, ensuring close collaboration with finance and accounting departments for accurate financial oversight.
