Data Science Business Translator - Sr Analyst / Specialist

We are seeking talented professionals passionate about data science and innovation to join our Data Science team as Business Translators — Senior Analysts or Specialists — working on transformative projects in banking and insurance sectors.

• Gather and analyze business requirements to guide AI solution design.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop prototypes and integrate them into business processes.
• Manage complex projects ensuring timely delivery.
• Translate technical findings into clear insights for diverse stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities with clients and create compelling business cases.

• Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Physics, or similar.
• 3-5 years of experience, preferably in finance or insurance.
• Understanding of machine learning fundamentals and algorithms.
• Experience in creating presentations for varied audiences.
• Knowledge of programming languages like Python, R, or Matlab.

• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Team player with collaborative skills.
