Location / Division Specific Information

The Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry business develops and manufactures innovative instruments, consumables, and software solutions for customers working in the analytical sciences (routine testing markets) and scientific research. We play an important role in various scientific fields, including chemistry, pharmaceuticals, forensics, environmental analysis, and biochemistry, among others.

Key Responsibilities

• Support strategic execution of customer training by working cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams.
• Provide scientific support and counsel to internal teams and customers; stay informed about latest scientific literature, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Increase customer satisfaction and business success through trusted guidance and support.
• Independently prioritize and lead team projects; mentor junior colleagues; act as a backup or deputy for lead calls or meetings.

Qualifications

• A master’s degree (or higher) in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related scientific field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with chromatography and mass spectrometry instruments, software, data analysis, and techniques.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting and product optimization mentorship.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication in both the local language and English.
• Experience in innovative research and collaboration across functions.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
